The firm of Steven Fader Architects is active in the fields of educational and institutional design, renovation and historic preservation, single family and multifamily residential design. Founded in 1998, the firm’s projects range from master planning and feasibility studies, to renovation and adaptive reuse, to new construction. Among the firm’s recent clients are Mt. San Antonio College, Los Angeles City College, and the University of Southern California.
Steven Fader, AIA LEED AP, principal of the firm, has over 30 years experience in planning and architecture, for both public and private sector clients. Mr. Fader has a Master of Architecture degree from UCLA and a Master of Urban Planning and Development degree from Cornell University. He has authored numerous articles and publications for the Urban Land Institute.
